Empowered Goddess Retreat

This six days retreat is an opportunity for you to slow down, go within and rediscover your love for the Goddess within - the empowered, loving and fulfilled woman that you are! 

 

We intentionally chose dates around Valentine’s day to invite you to focus on self-love, empowerment and to invite you to take back your power by putting yourself first. 

Creating the perfect conditions for you to slow down, reflect and work on your goals, we are here to show you what peaceful abundance feels like.

Nestled in a secluded corner of a Goan jungle, the stunning retreat centre that will be hosting us is the perfect space for you to nurture your inner light, connect to fellow goddesses and experience some of the beautiful and spiritually-charged energy of India. 

We will invite you to set your own personal goal for the week and we will allow it to weave beautifully with all that other women will be working with, allowing us all to truly see, inspire and support each other.

Sample daily schedule:

  • 08:00 - 08:30 morning meditation & intention setting

  • 08:30 - 10:00 dynamic morning yoga

  • 10:30 communal breakfast

  • 11:30 - 14:30 time to reflect, journal, relax

  • 14:30 sharing circle*

  • 16:00 - 18:30 restorative yoga or somatic workshop

  • 19:30 communal dinner

  • 20:30 evening activity**

Who will help you enter this sacred space?

Meet Lana

My 'yogic' journey that started over a decade ago with Iyengar yoga, have taken me to explore various styles and eventually pursue a Multi-style yoga teacher training. WIth my rich and diverse background in yoga, I like to blend traditional disciplines with modern approaches, and a deep respect for the mind-body connection. My classes are likely to reflect a harmonious balance of discipline, philosophy, and adaptability, with strong emphasis on cultivating flexibility not only in the body, but also in the mind and spirit. By integrating the teachings of yoga philosophy, I encourage students to explore new perspectives and embrace change, fostering a sense of liberation and growth.

In addition to my focus on yoga, I channel my expertise into empowering women through specialized retreats and programs designed to foster self-discovery, empowerment, and healing. By creating a supportive environment and offering tailored practices, I help women connect with their inner strength and intuition, equipping them with tools to navigate life's challenges with confidence and resilience.

As a shiatsu practitioner, I bring additional depth to my classes by incorporating complementary techniques and knowledge to enhance the overall experience. I like to take a light-hearted and humorous approach to life and teaching, creating a welcoming and uplifting atmosphere in classes, making yoga accessible and enjoyable for all my students.

Meet Paula

I find inspiration in making time and creating the right space to allow women to truly connect. In my teens and early twenties I often struggled to form strong, meaningful and sustainable bonds with women, often finding myself falling into romantic relationships in an attempt to fill that void. Only in my mid-twenties I managed to break this pattern and started investing more energy in building and sustaining these divine bonds. 

While I spend a lot of time studying & growing my understanding of psychology and different holistic therapies applied to working with trauma,  I'm also a firm believer of using somatic practices like Yoga & breathwork, to take care of my overall wellbeing.

I discovered Yoga in my twenties as a complimentary practice to my gym routine. What started as a hobby, soon became a lifestyle that helped me to maintain physical health and feel more grounded mentally & emotionally. Now I'm on a mission to help others discover Yoga's multifaceted benefits.
My classes vary depending on who I'm working with, but the overarching
theme is finding something that suits every body and leaves you feeling energised, uplifted and more comfortable in your own skin.

What's included?

  • Six nights in a beautiful Nilaya resort in North Goa (you are welcome to arrive on the 9th; with retreat activities commencing on the 10th)

  • Transfers to and  from one of the Goa’s airport (international flights operate to both, Manohar International and Dabolim Airport)

  • Daily nutritious brunch and five intimate dinners (we will leave one evening open for you to choose what local recommendation of ours you’d like to try!) 

  • Daily morning yoga and daily afternoon workshops

  • Ecstatic dance night

  • Hilltop market (most famous hippie night market in Goa that’s been running since the 80’s)

  • A beautiful beach or jungle location photoshoot and three post-production images

  • Unlimited drinking water

What's not included?

  • Your flights

  • Taxis for any individual trips you’d like to take 

  • One dinner where you get to choose where you’d like to dine

  • Any refreshment and snacks you’d like to have outside of the daily brunch of the dinner times

Key information:

  • The official retreat activities will commence on the 10th of February, but we recommend you ariving on the 9th; and will finish on the 15th of February, 2025. However, you are more than welcome to come earlier or stay longer and we are more than happy to help you organise the rest of your trip. 

  • Retreat activities will start around 10am on the 10th and will finish around 11:30am on the 15th, so if you’re travelling on those days please try to accommodate for these time frames.

  • The price of the package is 1,099€ for shared accommodation and 1,499€ for single accommodation. The shared option means that you will be sharing the room with one of the other women attending the retreat; all rooms have en-suite bathrooms, AC, towels and bathrobes, toiletries. 

  • We are offering a 120€ / £100 Early Bird discount for all bookings made before the 1st of July and for all bookings paid in full in advance. 

  • For all bookings we require a 30% non-refundable deposit to be paid upon booking. The remaining sum can be paid in two instalments, with the last payment to be settled before the 31st of December, 2023.
